We receive many emails and phone calls each day with very similar questions.  As a result, we have put together a page consisting of answers to many of the most frequently asked questions. We hope that this will help you continue to get the most out of your chamber investment!

 

How do I put an event in the calendar on the chamber website? 

Login at the OWSRCC website

Click on Event, on left side under Advertising

Go to the month of the event by clicking the next or previous buttons

Go to the date of the event, click on the plus sign at the top right of date box

Fill in Event Title and time (uncheck “all day event”)

Click edit under the description and fill in the box

Continue to click on the boxes to fill in the information of the event

Near the bottom make sure both check boxes are checked for visibility

For Event category check one or more boxes

At the very bottom, click Submit for Approval

 

How do I add employees or representatives to my business?

Login at the OWSRCC website

Under Member Info on left side click Employees/Representatives

Click the add Employee/Representative bottom toward the right

Fill in the required information on the Employee/Representative

Click Save and Exit on the bottom left

Click Save on the bottom left again

Now you can add your employee/representatives and also register them for upcoming events!

 

What is a Hot Deal?  How can I put one on the website? 

A Hot Deal is a coupon that can be printed out and brought to the business to receive the deal.

(Examples: 20% off a product Buy one get one Free)

Login at the OWSRCC website

Click Hot Deal on left side under Advertising

Click Add a Hot Deal

Add the Title, Description, Expiration date, and Image

Select dates for the Hot Deal

Submit for Approval

 

How do I register for an event?

Login at the OWSRCC website

Click on View and Register for Events (at center of page)

Click the event you are registering for on the calendar

Click Register Online (box at top right)

Select the representative you are registering

Check over the contact info. and  click Next

(add additional attendees if needed)

Click Next

Choose your payment option (if required)

Click Finish

 

Placing Classified Ads

Log in to your website and choose classified from the left hand column under advertising

Select Current and then select the category you want for your classified to be under

Add Classified

Enter Title

Add image – once you select image click upload and you will see the image when uploading is compete. Then close that box

Enter valid dates description

To add a description click on edit, which allow you to edit the
description box

Continue filling in the rest of the information, make sure
to click edit to select your category at the bottom

Then you can preview and save!

Please allow up to 2 business days for approval.
