CHAMBER BUCKS ARE HERE!!

Ways to EARN Chamber Bucks:
 Bring in New Members (NOT renewals) – receive 5 Chamber Bucks for each fully paid New Member. This excludes a “walk-in” type of new membership – they would NOT be eligible to earn Chamber Bucks on their own enrollment as a New Chamber Member. Chamber Bucks are only earned by a current member in good standing as a referral “bonus”.

Bring in 5 New Members within one calendar month, receive 10 ADDITIONAL Chamber Bucks. For example: You brought in 5 new paid members and you have received 25 Chamber Bucks, with the additional “bonus” of 10 Chamber Bucks, you have now “earned” 35 Chamber Bucks!!! This is ONLY for a NEW member sign-up – NOT for current Membership renewals and must be fully paid within that calendar month to be awarded.

Ways to REDEEM Chamber Bucks:
Chamber Bucks are all non-transferable from one COMPANY to another, (they may be “transferred” within an individual company, but not from one company to another). Numbered “Bucks” are good for one year from date of issuance. The Director of Finance will maintain a log of Chamber Bucks as they are issued and redeemed. All Chamber Bucks should be signed by the Executive Director of the Chamber upon issuance and then signed by the redeemer upon redemption.

Chamber Bucks may only be redeemed on the following:
A.    Monthly Chamber Luncheons (Must be redeemed in person.  Cannot be used if paying online.)
B.     Membership
C.     Posters
D.    T-Shirts
E.     Advertising (i.e. weekly E-Newsletter)
F.      Booth Space at Events

Chamber Bucks may NOT be redeemed on the following:
A.     Admission to Special Events (i.e. Taste of Oviedo, Casino Night, OBN Beach Day, etc.)
B.     Any Sponsorship packages
C.     Tables/Chairs/Tents at events
D.    Capitol Connection
E.     OBN Luncheons
